PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given to the Senior Citizens of Western Jasper County and Eastern Polk County that a proposed Forty-Second Annual Report of the Albert B. Clement and Vera V. Clement Trust, Trust No. 0001743 is on file at the Polk County Clerk of Court's Office. The report is also available for inspection at the Skinner Law Office, P.C., in Altoona, Iowa. A hearing is scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Polk County Historic Courthouse, Room 240, Des Moines, Iowa 50309. Written objections to the Annual Report must be filed with the Polk County Clerk of Court's Office at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. If no written objections are timely filed, the hearing will be cancelled and the Annual Report approved.
