PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Abbeville is interested in procuring a qualified engineering firm to provide professional engineering services for various projects at the Chris Crusta Memorial Airport. These services will support projects funded through the Federal Aviation Administration and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of 44 CFR 13.36. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Qualification Statements for Engineering Services package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. The City will award a contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process for this project. Interested parties are invited to secure a package from Ms. Rani Lege at rlege@cityofabbeville.net or at Abbeville City Hall, 101 North State Street, Abbeville, Louisiana 70510. A response to this request must be hand-delivered, mailed, or emailed to Ms. Rani Lege at 101 North State Street, Abbeville, Louisiana 70510 (rlege@cityofabbeville.net) in such a manner that it is received no later than noon on April 20, 2026.
