PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Vineland for: Building an additon on my house for a master bathroom and bedroom. The addition is 18 feet short of the 60 foot front set back required by the city of vinelnad. I am requesting a type C variance through the zoning board so I can build the addition. along with any other variances, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board.

A Public Hearing will be held on April__15, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Council Chambers of City Hall (Second Aoor), 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application. All maps and documents related to the below listed application on file are available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday. This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Vineland City Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law N.J. Statutes Section 40:55D et seq. Further take notice that said Zoning Board of Adjustment may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said bearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
