The addition is 18 feet short of the 60 foot front set back required by the city of vinelnad. I am requesting a type C variance through the zoning board so I can build the addition. along with any other variances, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board. On property located at: 1021 michael ave, Vineland NJ, 08360 and more specifically known as Block(s): 5601 Lot(s): 39 A Public Hearing will be held on April__15, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Council Chambers of City Hall (Second Aoor), 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application.
