PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the requirements of the West Deptford Township Ordinances and New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law N.J.S.A 40:55D-12, you are hereby notified that the applicant, Nicholas Ryan, has applied to the West Deptford Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for Bulk Variance Relief for the property located at 1201 Plantation Drive in West Deptford Township also known as Block 351.02 Lot 2 on the tax maps of West Deptford Township.
"PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Applicant is requesting the following bulk variances: 1.) A rear yard setback of 2 feet where 6 feet is permitted 2.) A side yard setback of 2 feet where 6 feet is permitted. For the installation of an in-ground pool.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing on the Application has been scheduled to be heard before the Zoning Board on April 14, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Municipal Building located at 400 Crown Point Rd, West Deptford, NJ 08086. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board. Copies of Applications, plans and supporting documents are on file and will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at least 10 days prior to the public hearing at the municipal building.
