Please take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Joint Land Use Board of Waterford Township for action under the Municipal Ordinances seeking approval for both major site plan and major/minor subdivision applications. In addition to the relief requested immediately above, please note that the Applicant will seek any other variances, both bulk and/or use, will seek any other waivers and will seek any other approvals required for the successful presentation and approval of the application. This application and all of the relief requested that may be required relates to the property located at Block 2205, Lot 2, also known as 327 Vinyard Road.
The Applicant, again, may also request any and all additional variances, waivers or other approvals that may be deemed necessary by the Board. A public hearing for this application has been scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting will be conducted in person, and you may appear in person or by an attorney and present any objection or other comments which you may have to the granting of this application. Any maps and documents for which approval is sought are available for review in the Department of Joint Land Use and Zoning Administration in the Municipal Building at 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey 08004, during regular business hours.
