PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 2, 2026, a hearing was held and the Egg Harbor Township Zoning Board granted Applicant, John Gallagher, variance relief to construct a Single Family Home on the property located at 88 Zion Rd, more particularly identified as Lot 31 of Block 7801 on the official tax map of Egg Harbor Township (the "Property"). The Property is located in the "RA" Residential Zoning District and is presently vacant land.
