PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that TD Bank, N.A. ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Gloucester Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 1235 Blackwood Clementon Road and designated as block 20304, lot 1 on the municipal tax map. The property consists of roughly 8.43 acres and is currently improved with a TD Bank branch with five drive-through lanes, along with other commercial uses. The Applicant seeks site plan waiver approval to convert one of the existing drive-through lanes to a drive-up ATM, along with bollards, new lighting and a new concrete island. There are no changes to setbacks or coverages, nor is this a change of use.
The Applicant does not require any known variances in connection with this application.
The Applicant also requests any variances, additional submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on April 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in-person in the Gloucester Township Municipal Building, Council Room, 1261 Chews Landing-Clementon Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey 08021, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's offices located in the Gloucester Township Municipal Building, 1261 Chews Landing-Clementon Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey 08021 and is available for public inspection during regular business days and hours. The application may be adjourned to another date without further notice to you and you are advised to contact the Board office in order to confirm the date and time of the hearing.
