PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that McGill Fairless Hills, LLC (McGill), located at 1000 Tyburn Road, Falls Township, Bucks County, PA, intends to submit an application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) for a major permit modification to modify Solid Waste Management Permit No. 101727 for its indoor municipal waste composting facility. The proposed modification would add a wet scrubber system and reconfigure the facility's existing ducting as enhancements to the current air emissions and odor control strategy. No changes are proposed to the permitted waste types, the permitted acceptance rate (up to 600 tons per day), or the approved beneficial uses of the finished compost product.
