PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Dylan Crawford (the "Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") regarding real property located at 614 Radnor Avenue, designated as Block 10.03, Lot 2 on the municipal tax map. The applicant is seeking Bulk Variance approval for the proposed improvements at the above referenced property. The applicant proposes to construct a single-story, 94 square-foot addition to the existing 2-story dwelling. The proposed improvements also include the removal of approximately 98 square feet of impervious pavers.
The Applicant requests approval of the following variances under the Borough land development ordinance:
Section 135-31D(2)(b) – minimum side yard setback (one side): 10 ft required; 7.95 ft existing; approximately 8 ft proposed.
Section 135-31D(2)(c) – minimum rear yard setback: 40 ft required; 30 ft existing; 29.58 ft proposed.
Section 135-31D(3)(b) – existing accessory structure (shed) side yard setback: 5 ft required; 0.3 ft existing (pre-existing non-conforming condition).
Section 135-31D(3)(c) – existing accessory structure (shed) rear yard setback: 5 ft required; 2.8 ft existing (pre-existing non-conforming condition).
The Applicant is also requesting any additional variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, other approvals reflected on the plans (as some may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on April 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in-person in the Borough Hall Auditorium, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objections to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office located at 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 during regular business hours.
