PUBLIC NOTICE As requested by the Department of Environmental Protection, we do hereby give notice that Dan Carroll has submitted a Sewage Facilities Planning Module, Component 3s, to Franklin Township for a proposed 2-bedroom single family residence. This proposal is for the construction of a small flow treatment facility with discharge into Camp Run (WWF). The system will be used to treat the sewage from the proposed dwelling on the proposed lot. The site is located on the south side of South Camp Run Road, approximately 0.70 miles northeast of the intersection of Fombell Road and South Camp Run Road in Franklin Township, Beaver County. The anticipated sewage flow from the facility is 400 gallons per day (1.00 Equivalent Dwelling Units). The Sewage Facilities Planning Module for this sewage treatment facility is available for public review at the Franklin Township Office. Comments will be accepted for thirty (30) days following the date of this public notice and may be sent to Franklin Township, 897 Route 288, Fombell, PA 16123. May 12 2026 LSOM0515664
