PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Vineland for a bulk variance for side yard setback relief to permit an addition to an existing single-family dwelling, maintaining an existing nonconforming side yard setback of 30 feet where 40 feet is required, along with any other variances, waivers or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board.
The property is located at 1231 Kathy Ln, Vineland, NJ 08360, and is more specifically known as Block 108, Lot 19.
A Public Hearing will be held on June 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Council Chambers of City Hall (Second Floor), 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey 08360, at which time any interested parties may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections to the application.
All maps and documents related to this application are available for public inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
