The applicant proposes to subdivide the parcel in two lots. The applicant proposes to construct one new single-family home on one lot and maintain the existing two-family structure on the other lot. The applicant is requesting relief for a conditional use variance to continue the existing two-family use for lot 12.02 as it does not meet the lot area and lot width.
