NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of North Castle at Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York on Thursday evening, June 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. regarding a request on the appeal and application of JENNIFER DRUKIER, 8 Hollow Ridge Road, Armonk, NY 10504 and known on the Town Tax Assessment Maps as Section 100.02 Block 1, Lot 45 and located in an R2A Zoning District, which is a denial from the Building Inspector of the Town of North Castle. In order to renovate and expand the existing terrace, replace masonry outdoor kitchen and install fireplace and retaining wall, the applicant will require the following variance:
Pursuant to Section 355-26 of the Town Code, the maximum permitted gross land coverage is 14,551.2 sq. ft. where 21,378 sq. ft. are provided, requiring a variance of 6,826.8 sq. ft.
