PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Vineland for Type C Bulk Standard Variances, as to (1)
relief from the required minimum lot size of 13,500 square feet, whereas the actual lot size is 9,906 square feet; (2) relief from the required minimum lot frontage of 90 feet, whereas the actual lot frontage is 50.6 feet; and (3) relief from the required minimum side yard setback of 15 feet, whereas 12.7 feet is proposed; so that the applicant may construct a single-family dwelling, along with any other variances, waivers, or approvals deemed necessary by the Zoning Board,
On property located at 710 South Eighth Street, Vineland, New Jersey 08360 and more specifically known as Block 4903, Lot 7.
A Public Hearing will be held on June 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Council Chambers of City Hall (Second Floor), 640 E. Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey 08360, at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have to this Application. All maps and documents related to the above listed application on file are available for inspection in the Planning Division on the fourth floor of City Hall between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
This notice is being given in accordance with the requirements of the Vineland City Ordinances and Municipal Land Use Law N.J. Statutes Section 40:55D et seq. Further take notice that said Zoning Board of Adjustment may at its discretion adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
