PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the Borough of Somerdale Planning and Zoning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Lidl U.S. Operations, LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property located at the northeast corner of Evergreen Avenue and White Horse Pike, also designated as block 23, lot 4.01 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted preliminary and final major site plan approval of a 23,580 s.f. Lidl grocery store and a 3,000 s.f. fast food restaurant with one drive-thru lane, with parking and other associated site improvements. The Board granted this application on April 29, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 27, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer.
