PUBLIC NOTICE The Branch-St. Joseph Area Agency on Aging (AAA IIIC) is requesting proposals for the following services approved in our planning and service area for the next three-year contract cycle, covering fiscal years 2027, 2028 and 2029: Case Coordination & Support Transportation Personal Care Homemaking Caregiver Education Caregiver Support Caregiver Training Health Promotion – Evidence-Based Health Promotion–Non-Evidence-Based Respite Care Friendly Reassurance Legal Services Home Repair Unmet Need Adult Day Services Home Delivered Meals Congregate Meals Chore Services The Request for Proposal packets can be obtained by visiting the AAA IIIC website to download materials: http://www.bhsj.org/aaa. Those without web access may request a packet by contacting Laura Sutter or Nichole Simon at the AAA IIIC. A total of approximately $820,000 will be available for services to older adults in Branch and St. Joseph Counties for the first year of the three-year contract cycle beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027. Notification of Intent to Bid is to be received by fax or mail no later than 2:00pm on Monday, June 15, 2026 to the AAA IIIC. Those who give intent to bid are required to attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal Bidders Conference on Monday, June 22, 2026 at 10:00am at the AAA IIIC.
