TAKE NOTICE that Jeremy and Rebecca Ginenthal have applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Edison for a 'C' Bulk Variance sought to construct a new attached 1-car garage which will encroach into the required side yard setback, required 6 feet but proposed 3.55 feet, and specifically affect Ordinance Section Number 37-63.1 (Schedule A) and Ordinance Section Number 37-13-.4 (R-B Residential District Dimensional Requirements) and any other variances necessary per said application. Located as Block #1119, Lot 24 on the property known as 119 Idlewild Rd, Edison, NJ, 08817. A public hearing on said application will be held on Tuesday evening, 30 June, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the council chambers, Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Boulevard, Edison NJ 08817, and when the calendar is called, you may appear in person or by attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of this variation. If you do not have any objections, you do not have to attend this hearing. A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file in the Zoning Office for public review during normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M
