NOTICE OF HEARING
Board of Adjustment of the Township of Millburn, New Jersey
TAKE NOTICE that Sam & Elyssa Powell have made an application to the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of detached structure in the rear yard of their house located at 10 Farmstead Road Short Hills, NJ Block 4902, Lot 9, which requires the following bulk variance relief.
The applicants are seeking to construct an open air roofed pavilion in there rear yard adjacent to the pool.

The Maximum allowed building coverage is 14% or 2,892 sf whereas 15.03% or 3,104 sf is proposed
The applicant may also seek other variances and waivers as the need may arise during the course of the hearing on this application. The matter is now Calendar # 4077-26 on the Secretary's calendar, which is scheduled for a hearing on June 22 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Millburn Board of Education, Education Center 434 Millburn Avenue, Millburn, NJ. All documents relating to this application are on file in the office of the secretary of the board daily between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the temporary Town Hall of 22 E. Willow Street, Millburn NJ. Documents can also be viewed on the Township website Zoning Board page (https://twp.millburn.nj.us). Any interested party may appear at the said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the zoning board of adjustment.
