PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Paradise Township has scheduled a Public Hearing at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Road, Cresco, Monroe County, Pennsylvania 18326 on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the application of Robert Holody for a dimensional variance from § 160 Schedule III of the Township's Zoning Ordinance to receive a side yard setback variance for new construction located at Route 390, Cresco, Pennsylvania, Vacant Lot No. 911, Property Identification Number 11637604731292. The property is located in the R-1 zoning district of the Township and is owned by the applicant, Robert Holody.
