PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Ashley Fath and Steve Cudia ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Borough of Oaklyn Planning Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 114 W. Holly Avenue, and designated as Block 35, Lot 2 on the municipal tax map. The Property is located in the R-1 Residential zoning district and is currently improved with an existing detached single-family home. The Applicant seeks bulk variance approval to construct a new garage in the backyard of the property.
The Applicant seeks approval of the following variances under the municipal land use ordinance:
Section 125-20(B)(1) – maximum garage area: 500 sf permitted; 640 sf proposed.
The Applicant also requests any additional variances, submission waivers, additional exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on June 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in-person at the Borough of Oaklyn Municipal Building, 500 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Township Municipal Building, 500 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
