The applicant is proposing a creation a 3-Lot subdivision with 2 new homes added to site. The applicant is seeking the following variances or waivers: Lot frontage variance Maximum clearing limit ratio (25 % required, 50% proposed) Front yard variance (100' required, 80.7' proposed) The applicant will also seek any other waivers or variances noted by the Board or its staff during the course of review.
