PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED BELOW AND TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 7:30 P.M., a public hearing will be held before the Branchburg Township Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 1077 Route 202 North, Branchburg, New Jersey 08876. The hearing concerns an application by Dr. Morsy Alsamadisi for the property located at 15 Kenbury Road, Branchburg, New Jersey 08876, designated as Block 56, Lot 30 on the Branchburg Township Tax Map, located in the Low Density (LD) Zone. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT The applicant proposes to construct an approximately 1,225-square-foot addition connecting the existing residence to the detached garage. Interior renovations will include relocating the kitchen into the new addition and converting portions of the existing structure to accessory living space. REQUESTED VARIANCES The applicant seeks the following variance relief: Side Yard Setback Variance (LDO 3-5.3D): A minimum side yard setback of 25 feet is required. A setback of 19.26 feet is proposed.Accessory Structure Separation Variance (LDO 4-2D): A minimum separation of 10 feet is required between accessory and principal buildings. An existing greenhouse is located approximately 3 feet from the garage, which will become part of the principal dwelling through the proposed addition. The applicant also requests any additional variances, waivers, exceptions, or other relief that may be required during the Board's review of the application. Any interested person may appear at the hearing, either in person or through an attorney or representative, and will have an opportunity to be heard.
