NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Mount Pleasant on July 9, 2026 at 7:00pm at One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY., upon the appeal and application of Richard Zottola (Owner) of premises located at 38 Eastview Drive, Valhalla, NY, which appeal is from a decision of the Building Inspector of the Town of Mount Pleasant, and is designated on the Tax Assessment Maps of the Town of Mount Pleasant as 113.9-1-20.
The application is for a proposed new roof on a wraparound porch with an existing one-family dwelling, on a legal standard parcel (0.97 Acres) in the R-40 Zone. The following variance(s) are requested:
