PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority (SC Housing) will hold a public hearing to: Provide an opportunity for members of the community to share comments regarding the following developments: Worley Senior Apartments (Worley Road, Greenville) and Judson Trace (Easley Bridge Road, Greenville) proposed Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties seeking State Tax Credits to provide additional affordable housing opportunities for residents. The public hearing will be Wednesday, July 8, 2026, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Hughes Main Library, 25 Heritage Green Place, Greenville, SC 29601.Additional information about the development will be available at the public hearing or can be found online at https://schousing.com/Home/HousingTaxCredits.
