PUBLIC NOTICE
The public is invited to attend a Neighborhood Information Meeting held by Davies Law, PLLC, on:
Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. at the Bonita Springs Fire Department Station 4,
located at 27701 Bonita Grande Dr. Bonita Springs, FL 34135
The subject property is located at 27940 Crown Lake Blvd., Bonita Springs, FL 34135 and contains the Aqua Seafood, Steaks & Raw Bar restaurant, in Section 33, Township 47 South and Range 25 East. The Property is at the northeast corner of S. Tamiami Trail and Bonita Beach Road S.E.
An application will be submitted to the City of Bonita Springs seeking approval for the following:
A Special Exception request pursuant to LDC Section 4-1023(a)(2)a.2. to amend the subject property's existing Site Plan, which currently allows up to 900 square feet of outdoor seating area where consumption of beer, wine and liquor may occur to be located within 500 feet of two (2) child care centers on the south side of the Restaurant pursuant to LDC Section 4-1023(a)(2)a.2., to permit approximately ~243 square feet of said outdoor seating area to be located on the west side of the Restaurant. The existing ~657 square feet of the outdoor seating area will remain on the south side of the Restaurant. The maximum amount of outdoor seating area previously approved (900 square feet) will not increase.
Business and property owners, residents and visitors are welcome to attend the presentation to discuss the project.
