State Street, Newtown, Pennsylvania upon the following applications: At 6:30 p.m. a hearing will be held upon the application of Darren Marino for property located at 108 South Lincoln Avenue, Newtown, PA (TMP No. 28-005-039). The Property is located in the BR-3, Borough Residential 3, Newtown Borough zoning district. The Applicant seeks (1) a Special Exception Pursuant to Section 550-30. A(2)(h) of the Newtown Borough Zoning Ordinance to allow the residential conversion, in accordance with Section 550-14.
