PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF INDIANA / IN THE MARION SUPERIOR COURT 8 CAUSE NO.: 49D08-2606-EU-031038 IN RE: THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KALIYAH KALISE DYCUS, A Minor, Deceased NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES OF WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM Notice is hereby given that Jasmine Calise Finch has filed a Petition for Appointment as Special Administrator to pursue a wrongful death claim on behalf of the Estate of Kaliyah Kalise Dycus pursuant to Indiana Code § 29-1-10-15.5. The Petition is set for hearing before the Marion Superior Court 8, 675 Justice Way, Indianapolis, Indiana 46203, on August 10, 2026, at 11:20 a.m. The Court will act upon the Petition unless written objections or requests for the appointment of an alternate Special Administrator are filed with the Court. Any written objection or request for the appointment of an alternate Special Administrator must be filed with the Marion Superior Court on or before July 27, 2026.
