PUBLIC NOTICE Heidi and Todd Hart with real property located at 127 Taggert Rd., Darlington, Darlington Township, Beaver County Pennsylvania are applying for permits from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to install a Small Flow Treatment Facility sewage treatment system with a dry stream discharge to repair a malfunctioning septic system for their existing single family residential dwelling (1.00 Equivalent dwelling unit/EDU) located on an existing 1 acre lot. A thirty (30) day comment and review period will begin on the date of the publication of this notice.
