PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Thomas and Michelle Wysocki (collectively, the "Applicant") have filed an application for development with the Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 325 Mullica Hill Road, and designated as block 32, lot 35 on the on the municipal tax map. The Applicant seeks minor subdivision approval to permit the subdivision of lot 35 into two separate lots. It is currently improved with one single family dwelling. Proposed lot 35 is 2.473 acres and will include the existing house. Proposed lot 35.01 is 5.677 acres, and it will be developed with one single family dwelling.
The Applicant seeks approval of the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 225-11(B)(4) requires a minimum lot width of 150 ft; (proposed lot 35- 136.43 ft; proposed lot 35.01 ft- 133.77 ft).
The Applicant also requests any additional variances, submission waivers, additional exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on July 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Harrison Township Municipal Building, Courtroom, 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board, Municipal Building, 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, New Jersey and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
