PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Horvath intends to construct a communications facility at an address 1991 South Olivet Road, Columbia, Boone County, Missouri (Latitude: N 38° 55' 43.12" and Longitude: W 92° 13' 45.99"). The facility will include a monopole telecommunications tower with an overall height of 199 ft. and associated equipment. Horvath is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
