PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that Matthew and Shyvonne Pirolli (Collectively the "Applicants) have filed an application for development with the Borough of Haddonfield Zoning Board of adjustment regarding real property located at 412 Overhill Rd, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 designated as block 81.01 and Lot 5.10 on the municipal tax map. The applicants seek variance approval to develop a detached garage.
The Applicants request approval of the following variances under the Borough land Development Ordinance:
Section 135-31(d)(3)(b) minimum side yard setback single yard; 5ft required; 3ft proposed
The applicants are also requesting any additional variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined and necessary during the review processing of the application by the board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the board at the public hearing.
This application shall be considered by the Board on July 21st at 7:00pm in-person in the Borough Hall Auditorium, 242 Kings Hwy East, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 at which time you may appear in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the zoning office located at 242 Kings Hwy E, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 room 104 during regular business hours.
