Notice is Hereby Given that on August 6, 2026 at 7:30pm local time, a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning/Zoning Board of the Township of Haddon, at the Haddon Township Municipal Building, 135 Haddon Ave, Westmont, New Jersey, upon the request of the application of 100 E. Ormond Avenue, Haddon Township, New Jersey 08107, Block 7.10 Lot 36 for the purpose of constructing/replacing a front yard 4' fence.

Front Yard Setbacks: required 25', where 17.52'/14.70' exists, need relief of 7.48'/10.30' respectively
Side Yard Setback: required min of 6', where 5.70' exists, need relief of .30'
Accessory Building: required 5', where .75' exists, need relief of 4.25'
