PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE Notice is hereby given, for purpose of hearing objections, that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ, for variances 150-29C(1)(a)[11] maximum percentage of impervious coverage 40%, proposed 48%, and any other relief as deemed necessary by the Board from the requirements of the Land Use and Development Ordinance of the Township of Woodbridge regarding property at 85 S. Inman Avenue, Avenel, New Jersey, also known as Block: 801.01, Lot: 28, Zone R-6 on the Woodbridge Township Tax Map. The applicant proposes to construct an inground pool and patio at a single family dwelling .
