PUBLIC NOTICE Keeler-Webb Associates, 486 Gradle Drive, Carmel, IN 46032 is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Indianapolis Department of Neighborhood & Business Services and Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities or land-disturbing activities associated with 350 South Mitthoeffer Road. The owner for this project is Harding Street, Inc., which owns one lot and is located at 350 S. Mitthoeffer Road, Indianapolis, IN, in Warren Township, Marion County, Indiana. More specifically, the project is located at 39d 47' 44.0" North latitude, 86d 06' 23.0" West longitude, also the 5.00 Acre site is in the Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, Section 8, Township 15 North, Range 5 East. Additionally, all stormwater which leaves this site will discharge via storm detention pond which outlets in Mitthoeffer Road ditch, then to Morris Ditch.
