PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Village of Port Chester, NY will hold a public hearing on the below application on Monday, the 27th day of July, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Rye Town Court, 350 N. Main Street, Port Chester, New York 10573. The Planning Commission will hear the application of Spanish United Pentecostal Church, 35 Traverse Avenue Port Chester, NY 10573 requesting an application submitted for modification of an existing building with a new two story rear extension, submitted by Ana Soto Fedigan on behalf of Spanish United Pentecostal Church for property located at 35 Traverse Avenue, Section: 142.39, Block: 1, Lot(s): 38. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and may submit any comments on the variance application during the public hearing or in writing prior to the public hearing.
