PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that Theresa and Fernando Lourenco (collectively, the "Applicant") has filed for an extension in regards to an application for development with the Hainesport Township Joint Land Use Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 1903 Ark Road and designated as block 110, lot 12.01 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted bulk variance approval for the construction of a new home on the property thirty (30) feet from the side lot line. This approval was adopted on March 5, 2025 in Resolution number 2025-10. The Applicant now requests a one-year extension of this approval. The Applicant also requests any additional variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing. This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on August 5, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in-person at the Hainesport Township Municipal Building, 1401 Marne Highway, Hainesport Township, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Township Municipal Building, 1401 Marne Highway, Hainesport Township, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
