PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that Schaeffer Land LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for development with the Deptford Township Planning Board ("Board") regarding real property located at 930 Church Street and designated as Block 405.02, Lot 2 on the municipal tax map. The Applicant seeks preliminary and final major subdivision approval to subdivide this 328,136 sf property into 20 separate lots, consisting of 17 residential lots and 3 stormwater management lots. The Applicant proposes to build single-family homes on each of the 17 proposed residential lots. The remaining 3 lots will contain stormwater management facilities. The Applicant does not require any known variances in connection with this application. The Applicant also requests any variances, submission waivers, exceptions, design waivers, de minimis exceptions, interpretations, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting non-conforming conditions, conditional use approval, other approvals reflected on the plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) as may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application by the Board and its professional staff, and permits requested or required by the Board at the public hearing. This application shall be considered by the Board at a public hearing on August 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in-person at the Deptford Township Municipal Building, Courtroom, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey, at which time you may appear either in person or through an attorney and present any objection that you may have to the granting of this application. A copy of the application and supporting documentation is on file in the Board's office in the Deptford Township Municipal Building, 1011 Cooper Street, Deptford, New Jersey, and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
