SEASIDE HEIGHTS BOROUGH PLANNING BOARD
OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 27, 2025, at 6pm a hearing will be held before the Borough of Seaside Heights Planning Board in the Borough of Seaside Heights Court Room above the Firehouse at 213 Webster Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751 on the application of the undersigned at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
The applicant proposes a minor subdivision to create two 2,500 square foot lots – Lot 11.01 and Lot 11.02. Lot 11.01 is proposed to contain a new single-family residential building. Lot 11.02 is contains an existing three-family residential building, which is proposed to be converted into a two-family residential building. Proposed lot 11.01 fully conforms to all bulk and use requirements of the Borough of Seaside Heights Land Use Ordinance. The applicant shall seek variances for proposed lot 11.02 for a lot area of 2,500 square feet where 4,000 square feet is required; a eastern side yard setback of 2.2 feet where 3 feet required; and a western side yard setback of 2.9 feet where 3 feet is required (existing conditions).
The property in question is in the Low-Density Residential (LDR) Zone and is designated as Block 21, Lot 11 as shown on the official Tax Maps of the Borough of Seaside Heights and is more commonly known as 213 Webster Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751. The applicant also seeks any and all other relief, variances, or waivers which may be required.
Copies of said application and related documents are on file with the Borough of Seaside Heights Planning Board in the office of the administrative officer located at 901 Boulevard, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751 where same may be inspected and reviewed during regular municipal business hours by all interested parties prior to said meeting.
