Chestnut Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360, Block 3914, Lot 2, that is within the Neighborhood Commercial District, has applied for a minor site plan, C Variance with the City of Vineland Planning Board to install a digital sign on the West Chestnut side of the property to inform the public of dates and times of church programming. The Planning Board hearing is scheduled for April 8, 2026 at the City of Vineland, 640 E. Wood St., Vineland NJ 08360, at 6:30 PM. You may appear in person with an attorney and present objections you may have to this application. All maps and documents related to the below listed application on file are available for inspection in the planning division on the 4th floor of City Hall between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
