PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That 364 S. Main St LLC applied to the Stafford Township Planning Board for preliminary and final major site plan approval to construct flex space/contractor offices at the property located at 364 South Main Street also known as Block 123.01, Lot 18.02. Specifically, the Applicant sought for a setback variance per section 130-50E from Route 9 to proposed parking spaces.
This application was heard by the Stafford Township Planning Board at a public meeting on June 17, 2026 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2026-07. The Stafford Township Planning Board adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on July 15, 2026.
