PUBLIC NOTICE SUPERSTITION VISTAS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. SVR TS-002 INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) RADIANCE AT SUPERSTITION VISTAS MERIDIAN & RAY TRAFFIC SIGNALS The work included in this IFB is the subject of separate District Development and Financing Participation, Waiver, and Intergovernmental Agreements for Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. SVR TS-002. The successful contractor will not have recourse, directly or indirectly, to the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. SVR TS-002. The contract with the awarded Bidder will be with D.R. Horton Inc. and not the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. SVR TS-002. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the office of Colliers Engineering & Design, located at 4742 N 24th Street Suite 270, Phoenix, AZ 85016. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Friday, July 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (local time). Sealed bids must be received by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) and should be directed to Sam Tichy and hand delivered to Colliers Engineering & Design, 4742 N 24th St Suite 270 Phoenix AZ 85016. No bid will be accepted after the specified date and time.
