PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF MARLBORO ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Township of Marlboro Zoning Board of Adjustment, at the Municipal Building, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey, or at such time as the Board may thereafter adjourn, by the Applicant, CCG Real Estate, LLC ("Applicant"), for a bulk variance to allow for the construction of a paver driveway rather than an asphalt driveway on the property located at 203 School Road, Marlboro, New Jersey and designated as Block 364, Lot 23 and located in an R80 Zone District.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant is following design waiver from the Township of Marlboro Zoning Board of Adjustment Regulations:
1. A design waiver from Section 220-169A(3) to allow the current paver driveway to remain when a driveway pavement course shall consist of a Fine Aggregate Bituminous Concrete (FABC) mix asphalt driveway is required.
The Applicant will further seek such waivers and variances that may be necessary for the project.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the Application and all pertinent maps, drawings and documents have been filed with the Municipal Clerk and may be inspected at the Municipal Building, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey during regular business hours. All interested parties may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Marlboro.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Zoning Board of Adjustment may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said meetings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Land Use Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
