PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF MEDFORD
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington and the State of New Jersey will be held on June 17, 2026, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Police Administration Building, located at 91 Union Street; for Expansion of Nonconforming Use Approval, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(2), Minor Subdivision Approval, and Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval with Bulk Variances to permit the demolition and reconstruction of an existing Goodwill donation drop-off facility, consisting of an approximately 3,000 square foot building with related site improvements, including revised ingress-only driveway along Hartford Road and an egress-only driveway along Old Marlton Pike, reconfigured parking lot area and landscaping, on real property located at 144-148 Old Marlton Pike and designated as Block 906.02, Lots 21 and 22 on the Tax Map of the Township of Medford. The Goodwill donation drop-off facility would be located on Block 906.02, Lot 22 and a portion of the adjoining residential property on Block 906.02 Lot 21 would be subdivided and conveyed to Lot 22 to provide additional area for the proposed site improvements.
This matter is known as file number SPR-5778 in the Zoning Board of Adjustment records. Interested parties may inspect documents relative to this application at the Planning & Zoning Office in the Medford Town Hall Building, located at 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey during normal business hours or as posted on the Medford Township website.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Zoning Board.
