PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN NOTICE OF HEARING On March 19, 2026 at 7:00pm EST, a public hearing will be held before the Township of Ocean, Zoning Board of Adjustments at the Municipal Building in the Public Meeting Room located at 399 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, New Jersey on the appeal of the Zoning Officer, interpretation of the zoning map or construction of zoning (ordinance(s) or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit: The construction of a 2nd story addition and covering to the existing front porch. The following variances have been applied for: minimum lot size, minimum lot width, front-yard setback, and rear yard set back.
