PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Ocean for variances, whereby the applicant proposes to construct a 72 inch open fence with an 84 inch gate where open fences, including split rail fences, shall not exceed 60 inches (five feet) in height from ground level in the front yard of any non-corner property and to allow a fence topped with spikes, sharp points or any other dangerous objects which may be hazardous to persons or animals where same is not permitted. The Applicant further seeks any and all other variances and/or waivers as the Board may require.
