ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Ocean for variances, whereby the applicant proposes to construct a 72 inch open fence with an 84 inch gate where open fences, including split rail fences, shall not exceed 60 inches (five feet) in height from ground level in the front yard of any non-corner property and to allow a fence topped with spikes, sharp points or any other dangerous objects which may be hazardous to persons or animals where same is not permitted. The Applicant further seeks any and all other variances and/or waivers as the Board may require.
LOCATION: 325 Bay Parkway, Waretown, NJ 08758
Block 95.01 Lot 1.22 in the BC Bayfront Conservation Zone District
Any person or persons adversely affected by this application, and all interested parties, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the meeting to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Township of Ocean Municipal Building, located at 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, New Jersey. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public during regular business hours of 8am to 4pm in the Zoning Board of Adjustment Office located at 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, NJ 08758.
