PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF TOMS RIVER ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That Kevin Smith and Karen Smith applied to the Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/variance approval for an elevation and addition to the existing single-family home on the property located at 224 Coolidge Avenue also known as Block 1046, Lot 305 & 306. Specifically, the Applicant sought relief for lot area, building coverage, front setback, side setback, parking stall size and parking spaces. This application was heard by the Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on March 12, 2026 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 2026-18. The Township of Toms River Zoning Board of Adjustment adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on March 26, 2026. John J.
