PUBLIC NOTICE: TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE
NOTICE is hereby given that 36 Avalon Drive LLC has applied to the Township of Woodbridge Zoning Board of Adjustment for Bulk Variance approval at 36 Avalon Drive, Block 476.04, Lot 6, Colonia (Woodbridge Township), New Jersey.
The applicant seeks a variance from §150-78, together with any other relief deemed necessary by the Board, to permit a driveway with a proposed width of 99 feet 2 inches, exceeding the maximum allowed under the ordinance.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 6:00 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, One Main Street, Woodbridge, New Jersey, to consider the application presented.
Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid Application. Maps, plans, and other related documents are on file in the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and are available for inspection.
