PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Selma, Indiana – Sale of Town-Owned Real Property Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Selma, Indiana, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 36-1-11-1 et seq., is offering for sale the following Town-owned real property: Property Address: 115 South Albany Street, Selma, Indiana Parcel ID: 18-12-15-103-009.000-011 Legal Description: Lot Number Five (5) in Block Number Four (4) in Sparr's Addition to the Town of Selma, Indiana. The minimum acceptable purchase price for this property is $18,251.28. Offers below this amount will not be considered. Sealed offers to purchase the property will be accepted by the Clerk-Treasurer until Monday, May 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
