PUBLIC NOTICE Township of Upper Deerfield Planning Board Please be advised that on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Upper Deerfield Township Municipal Building, 1325 State Highway 77, Seabrook, NJ 08302, County of Cumberland, State of New Jersey, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of 16 Centerton Road, LLC, at which time and place all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. The Subject property is approximately 1.9 acres in size, located at 16 Centerton Road & 2014 South Burlington Road, in Upper Deerfield Township, in the Commercial Zoning District, and is known as Tax Block 2001, Lots 4 & 4.01. The applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval construct to a car wash. Bulk variances are required for minimum lot area, as well as design waivers for a loading area, driveway width and sign along with any other variances or waivers as deemed necessary by the Board. A copy of said application and related documents are on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Planning Board and may be reviewed by all interested parties prior to the meeting. Said office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
