PUBLIC NOTICE WALL TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That JDE Spring Lake, LLC has applied to Wall Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for amended major preliminary and final site plan approval to relocate the generator from the previously approved location under Resolution 24-2024. This property is located at 1309 Ocean Road, Spring Lake Heights, NJ also known as Block 1, Lot 1, B-2 Zone (Spring Lake Heights) and Block 723, Lot 4 in the R-20 Zone in Wall Township. This site is located in both Spring Lake Heights and Wall Township, however, this proposed modification is solely for items located within the Township of Wall. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Front yard setback (Ocean Road) accessory structure- generator 159.4' proposed, whereas 167.4' required; This application is strictly for relocating the generator with no other modifications or improvements proposed. The applicant seeks to preserve and reaffirm all approvals from prior resolutions. The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Wall Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications. This application will be heard by Wall Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on July 22, 2026 in the Municipal Building at 2700 Allaire Road, Wall, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application.
